Dave the sales man and sales manager went above and beyond to get me a payment I was comfortable with, great doing buisness there!

Joel was great. He was very patient with us! Fun fact, I actually know him and I his wife from a few years ago. Small world. Anyway, we did everything via text which was great. I just had to come in to sign papers and get my keys. Best dealership adventure ever!

For regular maintenance like oil, tires, inspection Bob Johnson is 5 star. The girls in scheduling are very easy to deal with & always helpful & pleasant. Gas engines no problems. I can say they are truly lacking in diesel mechanics. Its my biggest complaint that avg check engine problems are a 3 to 6 week wait time. Not acceptable in my honest opinion. Canceling trips twice now will forever be Bob Johnsons downfall for me. I will never buy another diesel off them. Gas trucks yes diesel no way. Thats my feedback.

Duffy my salesmen did a great job with everything and even emphasized to call him about any questions or problens I have with my car anytime. No salesmen ever say that after selling you a car usually they’re done with you. The sales manager Nate went to great lengths to get me the best deal possible . I would recommend them everytime . Duffy will always be my salesmen. from now on. Everyone was awesome. 🙌🙌

The loan percentage rate was not what was promised. The taxes weren’t removed at first. The rebates were incorrect at first. It was a very unfortunate experience but in the end they did make it right

From the moment I spoke with Mike, it was an amazing experience.He did everything he could to assist me. As I lived an hour and a half away, he was very helpful in scheduling my visit. Even changing last minute. I hade to buy an extra key fob and again everyone was helpful and accommodating. It has been an extremely comfortable relationship.

Very happy with my new Silverado Trail Boss. The salesman was excellent and he helped to get my monthly payment to an amount that was good for me. I trade my truck every 3 years so I will be back in early 2029. I stopped in to look at a truck that had just arrived on the lot and ended up driving it home a few hours later.
