From the time I walked in until I left everyone was friendly, helpful and listened to what I was looking for. Dave Giruzzi my sales rep was very attentive and knowledgeable, which is kind of a scarcity these days. I look forward to future business with them!!

Chad and all the staff were amazing as always they treat you like family if you’re buying a vehicle or getting repairs done. They never hassle you.

For regular maintenance like oil, tires, inspection Bob Johnson is 5 star. The girls in scheduling are very easy to deal with & always helpful & pleasant. Gas engines no problems. I can say they are truly lacking in diesel mechanics. Its my biggest complaint that avg check engine problems are a 3 to 6 week wait time. Not acceptable in my honest opinion. Canceling trips twice now will forever be Bob Johnsons downfall for me. I will never buy another diesel off them. Gas trucks yes diesel no way. Thats my feedback.

The loan percentage rate was not what was promised. The taxes weren’t removed at first. The rebates were incorrect at first. It was a very unfortunate experience but in the end they did make it right

From the moment I spoke with Mike, it was an amazing experience.He did everything he could to assist me. As I lived an hour and a half away, he was very helpful in scheduling my visit. Even changing last minute. I hade to buy an extra key fob and again everyone was helpful and accommodating. It has been an extremely comfortable relationship.

Very happy with my new Silverado Trail Boss. The salesman was excellent and he helped to get my monthly payment to an amount that was good for me. I trade my truck every 3 years so I will be back in early 2029. I stopped in to look at a truck that had just arrived on the lot and ended up driving it home a few hours later.
