Very friendly and knowledgeable

The service department did a great job, however, I didn't give five stars because of your online scheduling service that was emailed to me when I was reminded of my vehicle needing the oil change, etc. I have scheduled an appointment for 4:30 pm a few days prior and when I went to the service dept they didn't have any record of it and told me that they usually don't schedule appointments that late. I have also heard from a few other people since then that you can't schedule appointments online efficiently. The gentleman that I spoke with was friendy and professional, and was able to get me in for an appointment a few days later. The times of availability for scheduling did not match what was available online. I will call the service department directly now to schedule appointments until the online service has been fixed.

Our family keeps coming back to bob Johnson Chevy for the way jay in financing and Joel hawn. It’s more then just a car deal these two men work hard to make sure you are treated right and you feel that you’re making the right choice. They value your business along with your friendship. Waiting for paper work Joel and I recounted all 9 vehicles we have traded in and bought from him . Each time he has bravely put on a seatbelt for a test drive and geared what we wanted and truly made us feel heard. That’s why we keep coming back 10 vehicles later

Dave was very easy to work with & down to earth. Understands the needs of customers & helps put them in the vehicle that's right for them. Only glitch is I believe info & cost should be displayed on extended warranty's before closing your loan on a vehicle so the customer has time to process what the right type, cost, & longevity that is right for them. From prior ownership we have always been treated good in the service department so buying a second truck from Bob Johnson was not a problem.

I came in to look at a new car. We met Joel, he was a very pleasant gentleman. He was very patient man. He went through many deals that we were able to get. Then we decided on a lease of a 2025 Chevy equinox. When we came in to pick up the Car. He went through the car, explained all the information and controls I needed to know. He was very patient with me.

From the moment I spoke with Mike, it was an amazing experience.He did everything he could to assist me. As I lived an hour and a half away, he was very helpful in scheduling my visit. Even changing last minute. I hade to buy an extra key fob and again everyone was helpful and accommodating. It has been an extremely comfortable relationship.
